[외국인 유학생(D-2) 아르바이트 관련 안내]
D-2(유학) 체류자격 소지자는 시간제취업(아르바이트) 허가를 받은 범위 내에서만 근무할 수 있습니다.
특히, 학원 강사, 개인과외 활동에 해당하는 업무는 일반적인 시간제취업 허가 대상이 아니므로 원칙적으로 종사할 수 없습니다.
허가받지 않은 취업활동을 할 경우 「출입국관리법」에 따라 불이익(벌금, 체류자격 제한 등)이 발생할 수 있으므로, 취업 전 반드시 국제처 또는 출입국·외국인관서에 가능 여부를 확인하시기 바랍니다.
Notice on Part-Time Employment for International Students (D-2 Visa Holders)
Students holding a D-2 (Student) visa are permitted to work only within the scope approved under their part-time work authorization.
In particular, activities such as working as a private tutor or teaching at private educational institutes (hagwons) are generally not eligible for regular part-time work authorization and are therefore not permitted in principle.
Engaging in employment without proper authorization may result in penalties under the Immigration Act, including fines, restrictions on visa status, or other immigration-related disadvantages.
Before accepting any employment, students are strongly advised to consult the International Office or the local Immigration Office to confirm whether the proposed work activity is permitted.
D-2(유학) 체류자격 소지자는 전공 및 수업과 관련된 현장실습·인턴십은 가능할 수 있으나, 전공 및 수업과 관련이 없는 인턴 활동은 원칙적으로 허용되지 않습니다.
현장실습 또는 인턴십 참여 전 반드시 학교 및 관할 출입국·외국인관서의 안내를 확인하시기 바랍니다.

Students holding a D-2 (Student) visa may participate in field training programs or internships that are directly related to their major and academic coursework. However, internships that are not related to their field of study or coursework are generally not permitted.
