1. 대상자: 장기입사자(현재 거주 중인 모든 입사생)

2. 퇴사기한: 2026. 8. 27.(목) 오전 11시까지

3. 퇴사 후 점검 사항

  1) 2026. 8. 27.(목) 오전 11시 이후 방에 남아있는 짐은 버린 것으로 간주하여 폐기 처리

  2) 방 또는 화장실 청소 불량 시 벌점 부여

  3) 주류 반입 및 실내 흡연의 증거가 명백한 경우 (예: 빈 술병, 담배냄새 밴 방, 담배꽁초 발견 등) 벌점 부여 및 다음 학기 입사 제한

  4) 2026. 8. 27.(목) 오전 11시까지 안내실에 카드 키 미반납 사생은 제증명 발급 제한

  5) 카드키를 비롯하여 생활관에서 지급한 모든 물품은 각 안내실에 본인이 직접 반납·확인하고 퇴사(친구 전달 금지 / 분실, 파손 시 직접 수수료 납부)

4. 퇴사절차

      방 청소 및 짐 정리 ▶ 연세포털-입/퇴사처리 메뉴를 통해 "퇴사 처리" ▶ 각 학사 안내실 방문 ▶ ① 카드키 반납(침구류 대여한 경우 같이 반납), ② 퇴사 서명 ▶ 퇴사 완료

“퇴사 처리” 방법 

  1) 방법: 연세포털 로그인 > 기숙사 > "입/퇴사 처리" 메뉴

  2) 내용: 퇴사일 작성, 생활관 시설물 및 비품 불량․파손 여부 체크

    ※ 퇴사 처리 기한 이후 카드키 및 방 시설(비품) 파손이 발견될 경우 수수료가 부과될 수 있습니다.

    ※ 퇴사점검표 비품/시설물 점검 리스트: 냉장고 청소/파손 여부, 방비, 건조대, 의자, 책상, 책꽂이, 침대, 옷장, 변기솔, 방청소, 샤워헤드 복구 여부*, 기타(화장실청소 등)

     * 개인용 샤워헤드 사용 시 퇴실 시에는 기존 샤워헤드로 복구

5. 2026학년도 2학기 입사생 이동 안내

  1) 2026학년도 2학기 생활관 입사생은 오전 11시까지 청연학사에서 퇴실한 후, 본인이 합격 및 배정받은 학사 로비에 짐을 보관할 수 있습니다. 입실은 오후 6시부터 가능합니다.

  2) 2학기 배정 학사 로비의 짐 보관은 27일 당일 입사 예정인 학생에 한하여 가능합니다. 당일 입사하지 않는 학생은 개인적으로 짐을 외부에 보관해 주시기 바랍니다.

  3) 2026학년도 2학기 공식 입사일은 8월 28일(금/15시)입니다. 다만, 8월 27일(목) 청연학사에서 퇴실 후 당일 입사를 희망하는 경우, 안내실에서 체크인 시 1박에 해당하는 생활관비를 추가로 납부해야 합니다.

  4) 8월 27일 입사자는 결핵검사 결과지를 8월 27일에 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

6. 비고

  1) 선입사(8월 27일)는 방학동안 청연학사에서 장기입사생으로 거주한 후 퇴사한 학생만 가능합니다.

  2) 생활관에서는 짐 보관 시 분실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

2026-Summer Move-out Notice

1. Applies To: Long-term stay students at Cheong-Yeon(Everyone currently residing in the dormitory)

2. Move-out Due Date: By 11:00 AM on August 27, 2026 (Thursday)

3. Checkpoints before move-out

  1) Any belongings left in the room after 11:00 AM on August 27, 2026 (Thursday) will be considered abandoned and disposed of without further notice.

  2) Penalty points may be imposed if the room or bathroom is not properly cleaned.

  3) If there is clear evidence of bringing alcoholic beverages into the dorm or smoking indoors (e.g., empty alcohol bottles, rooms with a strong smell of cigarettes, discovery of cigarette butts, etc.), demerit points will be imposed and application for the following semester will be restricted

  4) Residents who have not returned their key card to the information desk by 11:00 AM on August 27, 2026 (Thursday) may be restricted from issuing certificates and other official documents.

  5) All items provided by the dormitory, including the key card, must be returned and checked in person at the respective information desk before moving out.

     (Do not give the items to a friend for return. Fees for lost or damaged items must be paid by the resident.)

4. Move-out procedure

    Clean your room and organize belongings ▶ Log in to Yonsei Portal → “Check-in/Check-out[퇴사처리]” menu → Complete "Move-Out Processing" ▶ Visit the information desk ▶ Return key card(and bedding) + Signature for Check-out ▶ Check-out complete

“Check-in/Check-out[퇴사처리]” Details

1.   How to: Yonsei Portal → Dormitory → “Check-in/Check-out”
2.   Required info: Enter move-out date, check for any facility damage or missing items

    ※ If any key card or room item damage is found after the deadline, a fee will be charged.
    ※ Move-out checklist includes: Refrigerator (clean/damage), mosquito net, drying rack, chair, desk, bookshelf, bed, wardrobe, toilet brush, room cleanliness, showerhead restoration*, etc.

•       * If a personal showerhead was used, please reinstall the original before leaving.

5. 2026 Fall Semester Move-in Information

  1) Residents must check out of Cheongyeon by 11:00 AM and may store your luggage in the lobby of your assigned dormitory for the 2026 Fall Semester. Check-in is available from 6:00 PM.

  2) Luggage may be stored in the lobby of your assigned dormitory only if you are scheduled to move in on August 27. If you are not moving in that day, please make your own arrangements for luggage storage outside the dormitory.

  3) The official move-in date for the 2026 Fall Semester is August 28 (Fri.) at 3:00 PM. However, if you check out of Cheongyeo on August 27 (Thu.) and wish to move in on the same day, you must pay an additional one-night dormitory fee at the information desk upon check-in.

  4) Students moving in on August 27 must submit their TB test results on August 27.

6. Notes

  1) Early move-in (August 27) is available only to students who stayed in Cheongyeon Hall as long-term residents during the summer and have checked out.

  2) The dormitory is not responsible for any lost or missing luggage stored in the dormitory.

2026年暑期退宿指南

1. 对象： 长期住宿学生（目前正在住宿的所有学生）

2. 退宿期限： 2026年8月27日（星期四）上午11:00前

3. 退宿后检查事项

  1) 2026年8月27日（星期四）上午11:00以后仍留在房间内的个人物品，将视为放弃物品并进行废弃处理。

  2) 如房间或卫生间清洁不合格，将给予扣分处理。

  3) 如有明确证据证明携带酒类进入宿舍或在室内吸烟（例如发现空酒瓶、房间内有明显烟味、发现烟头等），将给予扣分处理，并限制下一学期的宿舍入住资格。

  4) 截至2026年8月27日（星期四）上午11:00仍未将房卡归还至服务台的学生，将限制开具各类证明。

  5) 包括房卡在内的所有由宿舍提供的物品，必须由本人亲自到各服务台归还并确认后方可退宿。（禁止交由朋友代为归还／如物品遗失或损坏，须由本人缴纳相关费用。）

4. 退宿程序

     打扫房间并整理行李 ▶ 登录延世门户 → “入住/退宿处理”菜单 → 完成“退宿处理[퇴사처리]” ▶ 前往各学舍值班室 ▶ 交还门卡(租借床上用品的学生须同时交还床上用品) + 签署退宿表 ▶ 完成退宿

“退宿处理[퇴사처리]”内容
   1）操作方法：延世门户 → 宿舍 → “入住/退宿处理”
   2）内容：填写退宿日期、确认设施及家具是否损坏

      ※ 若在退宿截止后发现卡或设备损坏，将收取相关费用
      ※ 检查项目包括：冰箱清洁/损坏、蚊帐、晾衣架、椅子、书桌、书架、床、衣柜、马桶刷、房间清洁、淋浴喷头恢复*、其他（如浴室清洁）

•       * 使用个人淋浴喷头者，请在退宿前恢复原状

5. 2026学年度第二学期入住学生搬迁指南

  1)2026学年度第二学期入住学生须在上午11:00前从青延学舍退宿，之后可将行李存放在本人录取并分配的学舍大厅。下午6:00起可办理入住。

  2)第二学期所分配学舍大厅的行李寄存，仅限于8月27日当天入住的学生。当天不入住的学生，请自行将行李存放在宿舍外部。

  3) 2026学年度第二学期正式入住日期为8月28日（星期五）15:00。8月27日（星期四）从青延学舍退宿后希望当天入住的学生，须在服务台办理入住时额外缴纳1晚的住宿费。

  4) 8月27日入住的学生须于8月27日提交结核病检查结果。

6. 备注

  1) 提前入住（8月27日）仅限于暑假期间在青延学舍作为长期住宿学生居住并已办理退宿的学生。

  2) 宿舍对于存放行李期间发生的遗失不承担责任。
