생활관은 공동생활 공간으로서 입사생 간의 원활한 공동생활과 안전한 생활관 운영을 위하여 생활수칙 및 운영 안내사항을 마련하고 있습니다.
아래의 생활관 상세 안내 및 주요 안내 사항을 반드시 확인하시고 준수하여 주시기 바랍니다.
The dormitory is a shared living environment. To ensure a safe and harmonious residential community, the dormitory has established residence rules and operational guidelines. Please carefully read and comply with the detailed dormitory information and important notices below.
宿舍为共同生活空间，为保障住宿学生之间和谐共处及宿舍安全、有序运行，特制定生活守则及相关管理规定。请务必仔细阅读并遵守以下宿舍详细入住说明及重要事项。

1. 벌점 10점 이상 누적 시 퇴사 조치됩니다.
Residents who accumulate 10 or more demerit points will be required to move out.
累计处分分数达到 10 分及以上 者，将被要求退宿。
2. 퇴사명령 및 강제퇴사는 통보 후 48시간 이내 퇴사해야 하며, 6개월간 입사가 제한됩니다.
Residents who receive a move-out order or are subject to compulsory eviction must vacate the dormitory within 48 hours of notification and will be prohibited from residing in the dormitory for 6 months.
收到退宿通知或被强制退宿者，须在通知后 48 小时内 搬离宿舍，并 6 个月内不得申请入住。
3. 배정되지 않은 방을 무단 사용할 경우 퇴사 조치됩니다.
Unauthorized use of an unassigned room will result in immediate eviction.
擅自使用未分配的房间者，将被退宿。
4. 배정되지 않은 자리를 무단 사용할 경우 벌점이 부과됩니다.
Unauthorized use of an unassigned bed or space will result in demerit points.
擅自使用未分配的床位或其他住宿位置者，将被记处分分。
5. 카드키를 태그하지 않고 출입(입실 및 퇴실)할 경우 벌점이 부과됩니다.
Entering or leaving the dormitory without scanning your access card will result in demerit points.
出入宿舍（进入或离开）时未刷门禁卡者，将被记处分分。
6. 퇴사 시 카드키를 반납하지 않거나 무단 반출할 경우 증명발급이 제한됩니다.
Failure to return the access card or unauthorized removal of the card upon move-out may result in restrictions on the issuance of official documents.
退宿时未归还门禁卡或擅自带离门禁卡者，可能会被限制办理相关证明文件。
7. 점검 시 적발된 반입 금지 물품은 회수되어 안내실에 보관되며, 지정된 기간까지 생활관 외부로 반출해야 합니다.
Prohibited items found during inspections will be confiscated and stored at the dormitory office. They must be removed from the dormitory by the designated deadline.
检查时发现的违禁物品将被暂时收存于宿舍服务台，并须在规定期限内带离宿舍。
• 허용 물품: 드라이기, USB형 선풍기, USB형 공기청정기, USB형 비가열식 가습기
• 금지 물품: 고데기, 청소기, 각종 전열기, 허용 물품 외 모든 전기제품, 개인 가구, 애완동물, 대용량 리튬이온 배터리, 코인 채굴기
※ 코인 채굴기는 적발 즉시 퇴사 조치되며 영구히 입사가 제한됩니다.
• Permitted Items: Hair dryer, USB-powered fan , USB-powered air purifier, USB-powered non-heating humidifier
• Prohibited Items: Hair straightener or curling iron, Vacuum cleaner, Heating appliances, All electrical appliances other than those listed above, Personal furniture, Pets, High-capacity lithium-ion batteries , Cryptocurrency mining equipment
※ Residents found using cryptocurrency mining equipment will be evicted immediately and permanently prohibited from future residence.
• 允许物品: 吹风机, USB风扇, USB空气净化器, USB非加热式加湿器,
• 禁止物品: 卷发棒、直发器, 吸尘器, 各类电热器具, 除允许物品外的所有电器, 私人家具, 宠物, 大容量锂离子电池, 虚拟货币矿机
※ 一经发现使用虚拟货币矿机，将立即退宿，并永久禁止入住。
8. 술 반입 및 실내 흡연 적발 시 해당 호실 전체 인원에게 벌점이 부과됩니다.
If alcohol is brought into the dormitory or indoor smoking is detected, all residents assigned to the room will receive demerit points.
如发现携带酒类进入宿舍或室内吸烟，该房间全体住宿人员均将被记处分分。
9. 방 안에서 담배 냄새가 발생할 경우 실내 흡연으로 간주하여 벌점이 부과됩니다.
If the smell of cigarette smoke is detected in a room, it will be regarded as evidence of indoor smoking, and demerit points will be imposed.
如房间内有烟味，将视为室内吸烟，并记处分分。
10. 다른 입사생의 위반사항 발견 시 신고해야 하며 방조할 경우 벌점이 부과됩니다.
Residents must report any violations committed by other residents. Failure to report or assisting in such violations will result in demerit points.
发现其他住宿学生违反规定时，应及时举报；知情不报或协助违规者，将被记处分分。
11. 퇴사 시간을 준수하지 않을 경우 벌점 부과 및 다음 입사에 불이익이 발생합니다.
Failure to vacate the dormitory by the designated move-out time will result in demerit points and may adversely affect future dormitory applications.
未按规定时间退宿者，将被记处分分，并可能影响今后的宿舍申请。

1. 학부생 및 대학원생 선발 시 기준 1순위 상·벌점 및 기준 2순위 성적이 반영됩니다.
For undergraduate and graduate student applicants, selection is based primarily on the merit/demerit point record and secondarily on academic performance.
本科生及研究生的宿舍选拔，第一顺位以奖惩分记录为依据，第二顺位以学习成绩为依据。
2. 매학기 입사 당일 결핵검사 확인서를 반드시 제출하여야 하며, 미제출 시 입사가 제한됩니다.
A tuberculosis (TB) test certificate must be submitted on the move-in day each semester. Failure to submit the certificate will result in denial of move-in.
每学期入住当天须提交肺结核检查证明，未提交者将无法办理入住。
가. 1학기 및 여름학기: 당해연도 1월 1일 이후 검사 결과만 인정
Spring Semester & Summer Session: Only test results issued on or after January 1 of the relevant year will be accepted.
第一学期及暑假学期：仅认可当年1月1日以后出具的检查结果。
나. 2학기 및 겨울학기: 당해연도 7월 1일 이후 검사 결과만 인정
Fall Semester & Winter Session: Only test results issued on or after July 1 of the relevant year will be accepted.
第二学期及寒假学期：仅认可当年7月1日以后出具的检查结果。
다. 결핵검사는 흉부 X-ray 검사 결과만 인정
Only chest X-ray results are accepted as proof of the tuberculosis test.
肺结核检查仅认可胸部X光（Chest X-ray）检查结果。
라. 보건증 또는 군 신체검사 결과서에 포함된 결핵검사 결과도 제출 가능
Tuberculosis test results included in a Health Certificate or Military Medical Examination Report are also accepted.
健康证明或兵役体检报告中包含的肺结核检查结果亦可提交。
※ 개인정보가 과도하게 포함된 건강검진 결과 전체 서류 제출은 제한될 수 있습니다.
※ Submission of a complete medical examination report containing excessive personal information may not be accepted.
※ 含有过多个人信息的完整健康体检报告可能不予受理，请仅提交能够证明肺结核检查结果的相关页面。

1. 호실 및 시설 사용
Room and Facility Use
房间及设施使用
가. 침대, 책상, 옷장, 신발장은 개인별 랜덤 배정됩니다.
Beds, desks, wardrobes, and shoe cabinets are randomly assigned to each resident.
床位、书桌、衣柜及鞋柜均随机分配给个人。
나. 배정되지 않은 자리를 무단 사용할 경우 벌점이 부과됩니다.
Unauthorized use of an unassigned bed or space will result in demerit points.
擅自使用未分配的床位或其他住宿位置者，将被记处分分。
다. 배정되지 않은 방을 무단 사용할 경우 퇴사 조치됩니다.
Unauthorized use of an unassigned room will result in eviction.
擅自使用未分配的房间者，将被退宿。
라. 생활관 물품을 파손 또는 분실할 경우 배상의 책임이 있습니다.
Residents are responsible for compensation in cases of damage to or loss of dormitory property.
如损坏或遗失宿舍物品，须承担赔偿责任。
2. 택배 및 배달음식
Parcels and Food Delivery
快递与外卖
가. 택배 및 배달음식은 개인과 업체 간의 사적인 거래이므로 생활관에서는 분실 및 도난에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
Parcels and food deliveries are private transactions between residents and vendors; therefore, the dormitory is not responsible for loss or theft.
快递及外卖属于个人与商家之间的私人交易，宿舍不承担遗失或被盗责任。
나. 택배 및 배달음식은 반드시 본인이 직접 수령해야 합니다.
Residents must receive their own parcels and food deliveries in person.
快递及外卖须由本人亲自领取。
다. 장시간 방치할 경우 벌점이 부과됩니다. (주말 및 공휴일 제외 3일 이후부터 벌점 부과)
Leaving parcels or food deliveries unattended for an extended period will result in demerit points. (Demerit points will be imposed after 3 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.)
长时间未领取的快递或外卖将被记处分分。（除周末及法定节假日外，超过 3 天 未领取者将被记处分分。）
3. 출입 및 카드키 사용

出入及门禁卡使用
가. 출입카드키는 1인 1매를 원칙으로 하며 본인만 사용해야 합니다.
Each resident is issued one access card, which must be used only by the cardholder.
门禁卡实行“一人一卡”原则，仅限本人使用。
나. 카드키를 태그하지 않고 출입(입실 및 퇴실)할 경우 벌점이 부과됩니다.
Entering or leaving the dormitory without scanning the access card will result in demerit points.
出入宿舍（进入或离开）时未刷门禁卡者，将被记处分分。
다. 퇴사 시 카드키를 반납하지 않거나 무단 반출할 경우 증명발급이 제한됩니다.
Failure to return the access card or unauthorized removal of the card upon move-out may result in restrictions on the issuance of official documents.
退宿时未归还门禁卡或擅自带离门禁卡者，可能会被限制办理相关证明文件。
4. 출입 통제: 01:00부터 05:00까지는 폐문 시간입니다.(매지3학사는 24시간 출입가능)
Curfew: Entry and exit are restricted from 01:00 to 05:00. (Maeji Hall 3 is accessible 24 hours a day.)
出入管制: 01:00 至 05:00 为宿舍闭门时间。（梅芝3馆可24小时出入。）
5. 생활 점검 및 반입 금지 물품

宿舍检查及禁止携带物品
가. 생활 점검은 정기 점검 및 불시 점검으로 진행됩니다.
Room inspections are conducted on both a scheduled and unannounced basis.
宿舍检查分为定期检查和不定期抽查。
나. 점검 시 적발된 반입 금지 물품은 회수되어 안내실에 보관되며, 지정된 기간까지 생활관 외부로 반출해야 합니다.
Prohibited items found during inspections will be confiscated and stored at the dormitory office. They must be removed from the dormitory by the designated deadline.
检查时发现的违禁物品将被暂时收存于宿舍服务台，并须在规定期限内带离宿舍。

나. 호실 내에서는 신발(슬리퍼 포함)을 신고 생활할 수 없습니다.
Shoes, including slippers, may not be worn inside resident rooms.
宿舍房间内禁止穿鞋（包括拖鞋）。
8. 벌점 및 퇴사 기준

가. 벌점 10점 이상 누적 시 퇴사 조치됩니다.

다. 벌점은 봉사활동을 통해 상쇄할 수 있습니다.
Demerit points may be offset through community service.

1. 퇴사 시간을 준수하지 않을 경우 벌점 부과 및 다음 입사에 불이익이 발생합니다.

未按规定时间退宿者，将被记处分分，并可能影响今后的宿舍申请。
2. 퇴사 후 호실에 남아있는 짐은 별도 보관 없이 일괄 폐기됩니다.
Any personal belongings left in the room after move-out will be disposed of without prior storage.
退宿后遗留在房间内的个人物品将不予保管，并统一处理。
3. 생활관에서는 개인 짐 보관을 하지 않습니다.
The dormitory does not provide luggage storage for personal belongings.
宿舍不提供个人行李寄存服务。
4. 청소하지 않고 퇴사할 경우 청소비가 청구됩니다.
If a room is not cleaned before move-out, a cleaning fee will be charged.
退宿时未完成房间清洁者，将收取清洁费。
5. 퇴사 점검 후 파손 및 분실 물품이 있을 경우 해당 호실 거주자 전원에게 배상의 책임이 있습니다.
If any damage to or loss of dormitory property is identified during the move-out inspection, all residents assigned to the room will be held responsible for compensation.
退宿检查时，如发现宿舍物品有损坏或遗失，该房间全体住宿人员均须承担赔偿责任。

Ⅳ. 宿舍费退款规定
생활관비 환불은 생활관 규정에서 정한 기준에 따라 처리됩니다.
Dormitory fee refunds are processed in accordance with the Dormitory Regulations.
宿舍费退款将按照宿舍相关规定办理。
1. 공식 입사일 이전 입사 취소 시 생활관비는 전액 환불됩니다.
If a resident cancels the dormitory application before the official move-in date, the dormitory fee will be refunded in full.
在正式入住日前取消入住申请者，宿舍费全额退还。
2. 입사 등록 후에는 실제 입사 여부와 관계없이 공식 입사일부터 거주한 것으로 간주하여 환불 금액이 산정됩니다.
Once move-in registration has been completed, the refund amount will be calculated as if the resident had occupied the dormitory from the official move-in date, regardless of the actual move-in date.
完成入住登记后，无论是否实际入住，均视为自正式入住日起开始住宿，并据此计算退款金额。
3. 입사 후 중도 퇴사 시 생활관 규정에 따라 위약금 및 거주일수에 해당하는 금액을 공제 후 일부 환불됩니다.
If a resident moves out before the end of the residence period, a partial refund will be issued after deducting the penalty fee and the charges corresponding to the period of residence, in accordance with the Dormitory Regulations.
入住后中途退宿者，将依据宿舍规定，扣除违约金及已住宿期间对应费用后，退还剩余金额。
4. 강제퇴사 또는 퇴사명령에 따른 중도 퇴사의 경우, 일반 중도 퇴사 환불 금액의 70%만 환불됩니다.
Residents who move out due to compulsory eviction or a move-out order will receive 70% of the refund amount that would otherwise apply to a regular voluntary move-out.
因强制退宿或退宿命令而中途退宿者，仅退还一般中途退宿退款金额的 70%。
5. 학기 14주차 이후 퇴사 시에는 환불되지 않습니다.
No refund will be issued for residents who move out during or after the 14th week of the semester.
自学期**第14周起（含第14周）**退宿者，不予退款。
6. 공식 입사일 후에는 사생회비는 환불되지 않습니다.
The dormitory residents' association fee is non-refundable after the official move-in date.
正式入住日后，宿舍自治会费不予退还。
7. 환불은 입사생 본인 명의 계좌로 지급하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
Refunds will, in principle, be made only to a bank account under the resident's own name.
退款原则上仅汇入入住学生本人名下的银行账户。

Ⅴ. 公告确认义务
1. 생활관 운영과 관련된 각종 공지사항, 안내사항, 점검 일정, 입·퇴사 일정, 환불, 시설 이용, 생활수칙 변경 및 기타 행정 안내는 생활관 홈페이지, 포털, 문자, 게시판 등 생활관이 정한 방법으로 공지할 수 있습니다.
Notices regarding dormitory operations—including announcements, inspection schedules, move-in and move-out schedules, refunds, facility use, changes to residence rules, and other administrative matters—may be provided through the dormitory website, university portal, text messages, bulletin boards, or other communication methods designated by the dormitory.
与宿舍运营有关的各类公告、通知、检查日程、入住及退宿日程、退款、设施使用、生活守则变更及其他行政事项，可通过宿舍官网、学校门户网站、短信、公告栏或宿舍指定的其他方式发布。
2. 입사생은 생활관에서 안내하는 공지사항을 수시로 확인하여야 하며, 공지사항 미확인으로 인하여 발생하는 불이익, 손해 또는 책임은 입사생 본인에게 있습니다.
Residents are responsible for checking dormitory notices regularly. Any disadvantages, losses, or liabilities resulting from failure to review such notices shall be the responsibility of the resident.
入住学生应定期查看宿舍发布的各项公告。因未及时确认公告而产生的不利后果、损失或责任，均由入住学生本人承担。
3. 생활관은 공지사항을 적법한 절차에 따라 게시 또는 안내한 경우, 입사생이 이를 확인하지 못한 것에 대하여 별도의 책임을 지지 않습니다.
Once the dormitory has issued a notice in accordance with the prescribed procedures, it shall not be held responsible for a resident's failure to review or acknowledge the notice.
宿舍按照规定程序发布或通知相关公告后，如入住学生未及时查阅或确认，宿舍对此不承担任何责任。
