1. 대상자: 청연학사-장기입사생(~2/21까지 거주자)

2. 퇴사기한: 2025. 2. 21.(금) 오전 11시까지

3. 퇴사 후 점검 사항

  1) 2025. 2. 21.(금) 오전 11시 이후 방에 남아있는 짐은 버린 것으로 간주하여 임의 처분됩니다.

  2) 방 또는 화장실 청소 불량 시 벌점이 부여될 수 있습니다.

  3) 실내 흡연의 증거가 명백한 경우(ex. 담배냄새 밴 방, 담배꽁초 발견 등)

      실내 음주의 증거가 명백한 경우(ex. 술병 발견 등)

   ※ 벌점부여 및 다음 학기 입사가 제한될 수 있습니다.

  4) 2025. 2. 21.(금) 오전 11시까지 안내실에 카드 키 미반납 사생은 제증명 발급에 제한이 생길 수 있으니 꼭 반납 후 퇴사해주시기 바랍니다.

  5) 카드키를 비롯하여 생활관에서 지급한 모든 물품은 각 안내실에 본인이 직접 반납·확인하고 퇴사하기 바랍니다. (친구 전달 금지 / 분실, 파손 시 직접 수수료 납부)

4. 퇴사절차

※ 퇴사 처리 방법은 첨부자료 참고 바람

※ 퇴사점검표 비품/시설물 점검 리스트

- 냉장고 청소/파손 여부, 방비, 건조대, 의자, 책상, 책꽂이, 침대, 옷장, 변기솔, 방청소, 샤워헤드 복구 여부, 기타(화장실청소 등)

※ 개인용 샤워헤드 사용 시 퇴실 시에는 기존 샤워헤드로 복구 바랍니다.

5. 퇴사처리

※ 퇴사 시 카드키 및 방 시설(비품) 불량 및 파손이 발견될 경우 기간 내에 연세포탈 및 안내실로 필히 신고 바랍니다.

※ 퇴사 처리 기한 이후 카드키 및 방 시설(비품) 파손이 발견될 경우 수수료가 부과될 수 있습니다.

※ 25학년도 1학기 기숙사 합격생들은 오전 11시까지 퇴사 완료 후, 본인이 합격한 각 학사에 

짐 보관 하셨다 오후 6시부터 입실 가능합니다※

※ 원주생활관에서는 짐 보관 시 분실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. ※

2024-Winter Semester Move-out Notice

1. Eligibility: Cheong-Yeon/Long-term residency(~2/21)

2. Move-out Due Date: February 21st. 2025 (Friday) 11:00

3. Checkpoints before move-out

  1) Leftover stuffs in every room after January   February 21st. 2025 (Friday) 11:00 will be considered as thrown away and discarded.

  2) If your room and bathroom are not clean after moving-out, you will be given demerit points.

  3) If there is a clear evidence that someone smoked in the room, you will be given demerit points and will not be allowed to apply for the next semester.

  4) If you do not return your key-card(or regular key) until February 21st. 2025 (Friday) 11:00, there may be restrictions on the issuance of school certificate.

  5) Please return the stuffs the dormitory provided when you check-out. Please do not deliver it to friend. (e.g. Card Key)

4. Move-out procedure

※ For more details regarding "퇴사 처리(Check-out) process, please refer to the attached manual

- refrigerator cleaning/damage, broom, drying rack, chair, desk, bookshelf, bed,closet, toilet brush, room cleaning, *Shower head restoration, others (restroom & shower room cleaning, etc

※ If you were using a personal showerhead, please restore it to the existing showerhead when moving out.

5. "Check-out" Process

※ If defective/damaged key-card or room facilities (furniture) are found, please report us.

※ After the period, You may be charged an extra fee for the repair or re-issue.

※ Students who pass the dorm for the first semester of the 25th grade will leave the dorm until 11 a.m. 

and keep their luggage in the dorm. They can enter the dorm from 6 p.m. ※

2024-冬季学期生活馆退宿通知

1. 对象: 青延学士-入宿生

2. 退宿期限: 2025. 2. 21.(周五 。) 11:00

3. 退宿后检查事项

  1)  2025. 2. 21.(周五 。) 11:00点以后留在房间的行李会被视为丢弃,任意处理

  2) 房间或卫生间清扫不良时可能会被扣分

  3) 室内吸烟的证据明显时(ex.发现带有烟味的房间、烟头等)。室内饮酒的证据明显时(ex.发现酒瓶等)。

  ※ 可能会被扣分和限制下学期的入宿。

  4)  2025. 2. 21.(周五 。) 11:00点为止,未返还房卡，钥匙的学生，可能会限制发放证明书，请务必返还后退宿。

  5) 包括房卡，钥匙在内,生活馆支付的所有物品由本人亲自返还、确认后退宿。（禁止转交朋友/丢失、破损时缴纳手续费）

4. 退宿程序

※ 退宿处理方法请参考附件资料

※ 退宿检查表备品/设施物检查清单

- 冰箱清洁/破损与否，房备、晾衣架、椅子、桌子、书架、床、衣柜、马桶刷、房间清洁，淋浴喷头原位 回归与否、其他（卫生间清扫等）

※ 使用个人淋浴头时，退宿时请使用原来配置的淋浴头进行回归（原位摆放）

5. 退宿处理

※ 退宿时发现卡钥匙及房间设施（备品）不良及破损时，请务必在期限内在延世官网和一楼办公室进行申报。

※ 退宿处理期限过后，如果发现卡，钥匙及房间设施（备品）破损，可能会收取手续费

※ 25学年度第一学期宿舍合格生可以在上午11点之前辞职,在自己合格的宿舍保管行李,从下午6点开始入住。 ※

※ 原州生活馆保管行李时对于丢失不负责 ※
