<2025학년도 2학기 생활관 퇴사 안내>

1. 대상자: 생활관 입사생 전원

※ 계절학기(24박) 신청자: 퇴사 처리 후 12. 28.(일) 13:00 이후에 다시 입사

※ 장기입사(62박) 신청자: 퇴사 처리 후 12. 20.(토) 18:00 이후에 다시 입사

2. 퇴사기한: 2025. 12. 20.(토) 낮 11:00까지

3. 퇴사 안내

가. 퇴사 절차

방 청소 및 짐 정리 ▶ 연세포털-입/퇴사처리 메뉴를 통해 "퇴사 처리" ▶ 각 학사 안내실 방문 ▶ ① 카드키 반납, ② 퇴사 서명 ▶ 퇴사 완료

“퇴사 처리”

1) 방법: 연세포털 로그인 > 기숙사 > "입/퇴사 처리" 메뉴

2) 내용: 퇴사일 작성, 생활관 시설물 및 비품 불량․파손 여부 체크

※ 퇴사 처리 기한 이후 카드키 및 방 시설(비품) 파손이 발견될 경우 수수료가 부과될 수 있습니다.

※ 퇴사점검표 비품/시설물 점검 리스트: 냉장고 청소/파손 여부, 방비, 건조대, 의자, 책상, 책꽂이, 침대, 옷장, 변기솔, 방청소, 샤워헤드 복구 여부*, 기타(화장실청소 등)

* 개인용 샤워헤드 사용 시 퇴실 시에는 기존 샤워헤드로 복구

카드키 반납

퇴사시 안내실에 카드키를 반납하지 않을 경우, 증명 발급이 제한*됩니다.

*증명 발급 제한: 성적 증명서 등 각종 학교 발행 증명서 발급이 제한됨

나. 퇴사 후 특별 점검 사항

1) 위 퇴사기한 이후 방에 남아있는 짐은 버린 것으로 간주하여 폐기 처리

2) 방 및 화장실 청소 불량 시 벌점 부여

3) 주류 반입 및 실내 흡연의 증거가 명백한 경우 (예: 빈 술병, 담배냄새 밴 방, 담배꽁초 발견 등) 벌점 부여 및 다음 학기 입사 제한

다. 외부인 출입

1) 대상: 짐을 옮기기 위해 외부인(친구, 선후배, 부모님 등)의 도움을 받아야할 경우 정해진 시간에 가능

2) 허용 기간

12월 18일(목) / 19일(금): 10:00 ~ 20:00

12월 20일(토): 9:00 ~ 11:00

* 시험이 끝나지 않은 사생들이 있을 수 있으므로, 불편을 주지 않도록 필히 주의 바랍니다.

라. 주의사항: 카드키를 비롯하여 생활관에서 지급한 모든 물품은 각 안내실에 본인이 직접 반납·확인하고, 퇴사하시기 바랍니다. (분실, 파손 시 직접 수수료 납부)

4. 짐 보관 안내

가. 계절학기 입사예정자: 2. 20.(토) ~ 12. 28.(일)까지 청연1, 청연2학사 세미나실에 짐 보관 가능

2025 Fall Dormitory Move-Out Notice

1. Eligible Students: All current dormitory residents

※ Students applying for the summer session (24 nights): Must move out and re-enter after 13:00 on December 28 (Sun).
※ Students applying for long-term stay (62 nights): Must move out and re-enter after 8:00 on December 20 (Sat).

2. Move-Out Deadline: 11:00 AM on December 20, 2025 (Sat).

3. Move-Out Instructions

A. Procedure
Clean your room and organize belongings ▶ Log in to Yonsei Portal → “Check-in/Check-out[퇴사처리]” menu → Complete "Move-Out Processing" ▶ Visit the dorm office ▶ Return key card + Sign move-out form ▶ Move-out complete

“Check-in/Check-out[퇴사처리]” Details

How to: Yonsei Portal → Dormitory → “Check-in/Check-out”
Required info: Enter move-out date, check for any facility damage or missing items

※ If any key card or room item damage is found after the deadline, a fee will be charged.
※ Move-out checklist includes: Refrigerator (clean/damage), mosquito net, drying rack, chair, desk, bookshelf, bed, wardrobe, toilet brush, room cleanliness, showerhead restoration*, etc.

* If a personal showerhead was used, please reinstall the original before leaving.

Key Card Return
If the key card is not returned at the dorm office, certificate issuance will be restricted

Restricted documents: Transcripts, enrollment certificates, etc.

B. Post-Move-Out Inspection

1) Items left in rooms after the deadline will be discarded
2) Penalty points will be issued for poor room or bathroom cleaning
3) Evidence of alcohol or smoking indoors (e.g., empty bottles, cigarette smell, cigarette butts) will result in penalty points and restriction from dorm entry next semester

C. External Helpers

1) External helpers (friends, seniors, parents) may assist with moving items only during designated times
2) Allowed entry times:

December 18 (Thu) / December 19 (Fri): 10:00–20:00
December 20 (Sat): 9:00–11:00
※ Be mindful that some residents may still be taking exams.

D. Caution: All items provided by the dormitory (including the key card) must be returned in person to the dorm office. Any loss or damage will incur a fee.

4. Storage Guide

A. Winter session residents: You may store your luggage in the seminar rooms of Cheongyeon 1 & 2 Halls from Dec. 20 (Sat) to Dec. 28 (Sun).
※ Items not collected within the period will be discarded immediately, and no extension is allowed.
